In this session you will discover:

I am back and better than ever. I want to talk to you about me for one second. As you know I have not been around for about one month. That was due to my reaching my goal, finding myself, and refocusing. I want to tell you how to prepare for a test.

To become the best person you can be every single day you must find and have goals. I always have a calendar in front of me with my daily objectives, weekly goals, monthly goals, and yearly goals. Why do I do that? In podcast #14 I talk about tips that have helped me transform my life. I explain why, so if you have a chance I suggest you listen to it.

In that podcast I talk about setting goals. Why set goals, you ask? Goals give your life direction when you feel there is none. Without goals you live only day by day. Your life will fly by and you won’t have attempted anything. I will write a separate blog post on that.

The real reason why I have been gone is because of a job interview. This interview was more than just a promotion; it was to help my goal of becoming a motivational speaker. I have finally figured out my goal, and to help achieve it I must complete certain things. One of them was to get promoted. I accomplished half of this goal by taking the test and going to the interview. I have not seen the results just yet. I should find out how I did in mid-December.

I also discovered why I am doing Operation Self Reset. This is truly my passion. I love it so much. Sometimes to get reinvested back into something you love you must take a step away to appreciate where you have come from.

In this podcast #21 I talk about my personal searching and the interview process. I want to share what I have learned, not only about the human body, but about how I handled myself, what worked and what didn’t work.

This podcast is not all about me; it’s about how we can all help one another. I hope my tips will help you achieve your goals of whatever they are.

Remember your mind controls your decisions, your decisions control your body, and your body controls the outcomes of your life. Think about it for a second. It’s so true your exterior of your body reflects what is going on in the inside. Harness your mind to reflect the outcome of your life.
