If you haven’t read the book As a Man Thinketh by James Allen you definitely have to put it on your list. We often lose focus of where we came from and let negative thoughts come into our minds. We have to acknowledge the thought and then walk it out.
We have choices when it comes to our thoughts. We can choose to fall back on where we came from or we can move forward to where we are going. What we did or had in the past does not determine what we will do or have in the future.

#1. Get your sleep schedule in order
#2. Turn the lights off in your room
#3. Don’t go to bed right after tv or computer time
Always remember what we do today has a bigger effect on us than we even know right now. We have to re-energize just like a phone and that means getting sleep!
