In this episode, Jake is talking with the founder of QLA Methodology Dan Pena.
Dan discovered a way to turn $820 into $450 million, but this episode is not about money. It’s about becoming the best person you can be and having confidence and passion to move forward in your dreams. Dan grew up in the barrio of east Los Angeles, but now lives in a castle in Scotland. He joined the military in the 1960s, went to Officers Candidate School and became second lieutenant, and then an officer and a gentleman. Dan then went to college, got a scholarship for law school though he never went, and then worked on Wall Street, where he turned a little money into a lot.
Dan now uses his experience to teach others how to do the same thing he did. He believes that we are all the people that we spend the most time with. So if you spend time with people who spend all day drinking beer and watching TV, you’ll probably spend your life doing that too. If you want success, spend your time with people who are also pursuing success. Dan reminds us that money isn’t everything, but that a lot of necessities in life do require money.
Listen in as Dan talks about what keeps us from our full potential and how to move past it to find success.
