We need to be pushed, some resist it but most of us react to it
Some people enjoy competition, mainly because of external pressure. Do you resist the pressure or do you react to it? Coaches are there to make us uncomfortable and help us understand that we do have time, even when we think we don’t have it.
You may feel resistance because your perspective may be different from that of your coach or mentor. When you tackle new experiences you become more comfortable with the uncomfortable.
