In this episode, Jake finds it interesting to analyze a thoughtful quote by an anonymous author: “Is it worth it, am I worth it?” When an opportunity comes your way, it’s your time to analyze how much it’s worth and what benefits you will get from it.
Jake goes on with the key question: Am I worth it? Are you worth it? The answer is yes. If you believe in yourself you will discover you are worth living this life and discovering how to live out to your full potential. Before sacrificing yourself for others, you need to make sure you understand that you are the most important thing in the world. In conclusion if you don’t take care of yourself how will you take care of those around you?
To simplify things, Jake comes up with a framework of one’s worth that encompasses 5 important steps: dream it, build it, read it, feed it, believe it.
