Operation Self Reset Episode 76: Martial Artist and Yogi with Sameer Sharma

In this episode, Jake is talking with Sameer Sharma.

Sameer worked in the corporate world for many years in management consulting, then moved into real estate investing. He changed his career many times while trying to figure out who he was and where he fit in best. The one constant thing in his life throughout the different decisions he made was that he was in martial arts training.

Martial arts served as a parallel of Sameer’s life on and off the mat as he found himself performing differently in his martial arts in response to things going on in his life. Understanding this led him to being able to change his life for the better by using the martial arts as a way to relax and refresh his mind and body. Using martial arts, Sameer has changed himself and his life for the better to become the person he wants to be.

Sameer now uses the knowledge he’s learned to help others find their path to self-mastery as well. Listen in to today’s episode as Sameer talks about the principles of self-mastery and how you can use them to put yourself on the path to a better life.

Here’s what Jake and Sameer talked about in this episode:

  • Four principles of self-mastery
  • How to meet difficult situations from a place of power
