Operation Self Reset Episode: Master Life Coach Jacqueline Hurst

In this episode, Jake is talking with Jacqueline Hurst, a life coach who learned to help herself and now uses that knowledge to help others.

Jacqueline was once a downtrodden person, addicted to drugs and sick and battling anxiety. She lived like that until one day she decided that she was going to fight to live the life she wanted. But this journey into a better life wasn’t easy, and Jacqueline fought against help. She couldn’t find the right help that she needed, so she needed to teach herself what she needed in order to break through her struggles.

Jacqueline tells us an amazing story of how she turned a frightening experience into something good and uplifting in her own mind, and she details how we can do that in our own lives too. Positive thinking is good, but we need to be able to use that to move forward rather than just waiting for things to happen to us.

Listen in as Jacqueline talks about how to begin changing your own life and how you can join in her upcoming life coaching classes.

Here’s what Jake and Jacqueline talked about in this episode:

  • The importance of having your own back
  • Controlling your mind
  • Positive thinking
